Partner Account Manager

How buyers respond to content is aggregated across channels and contacts, and integrated with CRM data. ClearSlide customers report a 20% increase in closed deals, 25% decrease in time to onboard new reps, and 50%-80% reduction in selling costs.

ClearSlide is looking for a driven and resourceful partner manager to take ownership for a portion of our valued consulting, ISV and strategic partner portfolio, and drive increased partner sourced/influenced revenue against a quota. You will be the go-to person for all things related to landing, ramping and growing business with these partners including presenting and closing agreements with targeted partners, overseeing their effective enablement, tracking the partner pipeline and revenue generated, running co-marketing campaigns, launching new integrations/services, and educating our field, existing customers and prospects on the partnership value.

What’s Expected of You?

  • Recruit against a list of targeted strategic, consultant, system integration, or ISV firms to gain meetings, present our proposed joint value, and negotiate/close alliance agreements
  • Broker field connections between partner and ClearSlide reps and sales. management on a regional basis, increase mindshare for ClearSlide within the partner’s field community to generate net new opportunity
  • Train and enable new partners so they advocate for ClearSlide
  • Create partner account plans that define and measure metrics based success for each partnership
  • Tracking early joint prospects
  • Working closely with ClearSlide and partner field teams for an aligned strategy and selling effort to target accounts
  • Accountable for meeting partner driven revenue and your quota
  • Manage all your partner’s program operations
  • Produce co-marketing campaigns with partners, including webinars and email campaigns
  • Coordinate with technical resources to create custom demos or partner driven integrations as needed for customer success
  • Manage Quarterly Business Reviews with partners


  • Outstanding listening skills, and deep ability to coordinate feedback from varying key stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop/apply simplifying frameworks to facilitate decision-making and action in a fast moving environment
  • Top notch written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with the ability to work with ClearSlide and partners’ senior executives
  • Ability to take complicated ideas and clearly communicate the value, benefits and use cases for them
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and program execution skills
  • Output orientation with very strong ability to personally create high quality programs, sales readiness tools, and externally-facing content
  • Unwavering passion, commitment, and persistence to the business, customers and technology
  • Work out of our San Francisco or New York office


  • 5+ years experience in SaaS or Enterprise software in an alliance, partner account manager, or business development position
  • Strong record or steady career progression
  • BA/BS required, MBA desired
  • Experience with Salesforce
