The IT Lead is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day IT operations, with a strong background in Network/Systems Administration, endpoints management and support, and experience in managing cloud-based IT apps. We are looking for someone who will ensure the network and IT servers infrastructure are safe and efficient by performance monitoring, schedule planned maintenance, and implement security patches when needed. In addition, you will also be responsible for end user support in a Mac/Windows mixed environment, account creations/removal, VOIP phone administration.
-Manage, support, and maintain both the network infrastructure and server infrastructure
-Ensure proper security, monitoring, and alerting for the infrastructure
-Manage endpoint clients and provide end users support
-Prepare, evaluate, and set priorities with the Management team for implementation, maintenance, and improvements
-Maintain vendor relationships and hardware/software inventory, licenses, and support contracts
-Assist Finance with IT budget and spending
-Work cross-functionally with Site Ops and Security team
Experience / Skills RequiredRequirements
-6-7 years Network/Systems Administration in a corporate environment
-Cisco routers and switches, Juniper VPN and firewall, and Palo Alto Networks
-Linux administration & Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer, and Linux administration
-Network protocols such as: TCP/IP, Layers 3-4, and 7, IP Routing, VLAN, HTTP, SMTP, and SNMP protocols/services
-VMWare ESXi and AWSExperience and thorough knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP service
-PowerShell and strong automation skills
-Monitoring tools such as Solarwinds
-JAMF Pro (Casper) and VOIP phone administration
-Google Apps and Cloud SSO (OneLogin or Okta) administration
-MacOS and Windows client OS
-Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
-Highly developed verbal and written communications and ability to be organized, and provide good documentation
-High degree of honesty and integrity
-Team-player, positive attitude, and flexible
