Workday Business Systems Analyst

Clearlink is hiring a Workday Business Systems Analyst to own configuration, reporting and analytics, and technical support of our Workday platform including Business processes, Security, Payroll, Benefits, Advance Compensation, HCM, Onboarding, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Reporting. We are looking for someone that will easily adapt to our constantly changing, high paced, solution oriented, fun, and flexible work environment. You will need to be self driven and independent but work well collaborating with team members and stakeholders. You will need to be passionate about training users and helping others solve business problems, meet business needs, and enhance business process through technology solutions. You will be able to analyze our business and move us forward in people analytics by using analysis to build out dashboards for our management teams. You will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to configure talent, performance, and recruiting along with any new enhancements and any other new skus we may purchase.

Problem Solving/Technical Support:
Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and take responsibility for seeing those issues through resolution.
Troubleshoot and analyze problems in system to identify problem and determine best solution
Serve as a resource to superusers for education on technical system functionality
Create user training documentation as necessary
* Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions.

Enhancement Configuration:
Design, and configure Workday for all enhancements
Conduct testing of configuration and assist the business users through the testing phases.
Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment
Assist SMEs with system testing for Workday delivered twice yearly releases

Reporting & Analytics:
Collaborate with the business to design and create reports and dashboards to support and enhance the business
Utilize Workday product tools to create reports needed to run the business, with a focus on advanced product tools such as dashboards, composite, matrix, and dashboard reporting
* Understand Workday technology to create objects to report on (calculated fields, custom objects) as required.

Business Analysis:
Establish a strong relationship with internal customers
Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps
Learn and connect with the business to analyze the business and identify areas of systems improvement opportunity
Develop reports, calculated fields, conditional routing and business processes that support business needs
Provide Solution options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons for each option and recommendation
Anticipate the needs of stakeholders affected by process change
Ensure that proposed changes represent the best overall fit for the organization
Act in a manner that ensures regulatory requirements are upheld and maintained

Experience:
1-2 years Workday development, configuration, implementation and support experience
Strong experience in Workday administration, configuration, security, and business process design
Preferred experience in one or more of the Workday areas of Absence Management, Time tracking, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Talent management, Performance, Benefits, Reports, Calculated fields, Dashboards
Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and internal customers
* Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
