Job Description:

The Technical Project Manager is an individual contributor that reports to the Director of Project Management.
This individual works autonomously and is tasked with managing larger, more complex or cross-departmental technical projects. He/she may mentor/train new project managers or stakeholders and conduct project audits. They will be accountable for leading department-wide process implementation, change, and communication. They are the subject matter expert in their field and the go-to contact for Technical PM-related questions, issues, etc.


The Technical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that brand and technical infrastructure projects are effectively and efficiently completed. Provide project estimation and planning, including being responsible for scheduling and resourcing requirements. Perform overall project risk and issue management, and handle detailed tracking and mitigation planning. Also responsible for contributing to process improvement through team learnings, etc. Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensure projects are completed to specification, within an established timeline.


  • 2+ years of technical project management experience
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with Confluence
  • Lucidchart or process flow experience
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
