Online Marketing Manager

Clearlink is looking for an Online Marketing Manager to manage cross-functional teams to efficiently execute day-to-day brand objectives in line with business goals. You will be expected to help grow the business through optimization of current tactics, as well as testing and developing new channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and report on core business KPIs, including:
  • Qualified visits from channels
  • Qualified calls from visits
  • Site revenue
  • Call-thru rates
  • Opportunity percentage
  • Channel CPAs
  • Actual vs. forecasted opportunities

Marketing Strategy:

  • Forecast Queue Opportunities for brand stakeholders and workforce management monthly
  • Report monthly on actual performance vs. budget.
  • Provide formal weekly and monthly report to Marketing Director providing transparency on performance, projects, strategy, and goals
  • Develop and deliver insightful presentations and strategies to sales and executive leadership where appropriate
  • Develop and implement a marketing roadmap for respective business units that includes channel mix, projects or campaigns, budget recommendations and overall priorities

Execution:

  • Supervise content strategist, SEO strategist, community manager, outreach specialist, and other team members with a focus on execution and career growth & development
  • Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, knowledgeable, engaged and efficient; assist in making staffing and hiring decisions
  • Manage day-to-day personnel issues within team
  • Improve throughput of the marketing team. Own the team’s ability to hit deadlines
  • Implement and execute the team’s monthly and annual strategic plans through prioritization and creative review
  • Assist the business unit in meeting its objectives, living the values and culture, and practicing company policies
  • Work with PPC, SEO, Print, Affiliate, New Channels, Research & Testing,
  • Creative, Development, etc. to complete projects that accomplish strategic goals
  • Leverage PM, compliance, and analysts to shepherd projects through the production process and to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Raise any roadblocks or concerns in a timely manner with appropriate team members when support services are not meeting expectations
