Who We're Looking For - Medicare Fulfillment Specialist
The Medicare Fulfillment Specialist role at Clearlink is an essential part of operations and sales, the role of the Fulfillment Specialist is to make sure that our applications become in-force policies. You will monitor the progress of applications after they have been reviewed by the Welcome Team until they have been approved on our reports. You will reach out to the beneficiary with anything needed to process the application. You will also submit corrections to the carrier and rewrite policies as needed.
The Impact You Will Make -

  • Take calls from beneficiaries with questions about their policies and benefits.
  • Rewrite Policies when necessary.
  • Make sure policies are being retained and fulfilled.
  • Update Back Office records for Medical Supplement and Ancillary Plans.
  • Follow up with Carrier for unprocessed applications after 7 days (MAPD/PDP/GAP).
  • Follow up with Carrier for applications not on our reports.
  • Send attestations to Carriers for corrections.
  • Notify Operations Management of any practices that are impacting application fulfillment.
  • Additional responsibilities, as neede
What You Need -
  • Life & Health License - Required!
  • Previous Backoffice Experience - Preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Tech savvy and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Sales Comprehension - Understanding of the sales process
  • Listening skills as it pertains to sales comprehension
  • Demonstrate ability to actively listen, type, and talk simultaneously
  • Persuasive communicator
  • Adaptable to an ever changing environment
  • Questioning and fact finding skills
  • Professionalism and above average client relationships skills

M-F position- Hours would be as staffing needs, open 8:30-5:00
