Inside Sales Associate (Orem)

As part of the Inside Sales team you will represent leading brands and help customers find the products that they want and need. You will work with a team to figure out best practices and new approaches while also working autonomously to reach personal achievements. 

  

Who we’re looking for:

  • You have 6 months experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service
  • You are able to use sales skills and consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
  • You have excellent phone presentation and communication skills
  • You are capable of maintaining constant energy and enthusiasm on all calls
  • You love building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • You love to learn!
  • You’re very comfortable on the computer
  • Must be open to working full time, which is 32-40 hrs and a Saturday or Sunday with a weekday off in it’s place.

  • Average earning potential of $15-$18/hr.with a $12/hr. guaranteed (base + commission) and uncapped commission potential
