What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with business unit leaders, working to be the trusted advisor Senior Leaders rely upon to execute on their business strategy.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts thorough, effective and objective investigations.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to front line Leaders.
  • Collaborates with Leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and business unit restructuring.
  • Serves as SME (Subject Matter Expert) within business unit, responsible for effective implementation and execution of HR processes, and procedures. Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to help drive desired business outcomes.
  • Works closely with recruiting, payroll, finance, benefits, and other departments to oversee and drive a positive and effective employee environment.
  • Collaborate with other people team members to enhance and improve the overall employee experience, including conducting new employee onboarding, and driving employee engagement activities.
  • Conducts exit interviews, and acts on feedback provided.
  • Willing to wear many hats, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.

What You Need
  • 5+ years experience in HR roles, with progressive experience supporting business units
  • Workday experience required
  • Thorough understanding of best practices in leadership & management
  • In-depth understanding of Employment Law & regulations/requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to think critically, ask questions, and navigate complex situations
  • Ability to analyze and identify trends
