Contract Insurance Setter

Overview

The insurance setter role is an entry level position. This supportive position is important in ensuring the sales department’s constant flow of quality leads. Resilience and speed are key, as a typical setter will make 400+ outbound calls a day to potential clients who have expressed an interest in our core products with an expected transfer rate of 20% . Typically, a client will have made an inquiry on one of Clearlink’s own websites or one of our business partner’s sites, requesting a call back. A successful setter would therefore possess a ‘hunter’ mentality. This position may lead  the successful performer to full time employment on a core floor with Clearlink (potentially after a period of 3-6 months.)

 

Responsibilities:

  • High volume outbound calls (400+)
  • Minimum Transfer rate of 20%
  • Setting up call backs or passing across warm transfers to licensed agents
  • Understand the importance of valuable relationships with customers, brands, and co-workers
