Who We're Looking For - Brand Compliance Manager

The Brand Compliance Manager role at Clearlink is responsible for building efficient processes as well as training and developing a team in 4 core areas: (1) legal compliance and risk mitigation, (2) brand and product adherence (3) marketing production coordination and (4) data coordination. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the legal landscape and implications surrounding how companies leverage digital channels to attract and convert an audience into customers as well as the importance and purpose behind building and maintaining a brand identity. As such the Compliance Manager will both be directly involved in as well as responsible for developing and continually improving processes for team onboarding, team management, cross-functional collaboration, national and international legal adherence, brand guideline adherence and brand partner communications.

What You'll Do

  • Innovation and Direction - Establish and communicate a clear vision while being aware of the digital law standards and implementing new technology to streamline compliance
  • Team Management - Provide individual and team development while acting as the SME and directing best practices and proper processes within compliance
  • Product Support - Identify and own the overall technical needs and future technical strategy to better enable and support Compliance processes
  • Department Liaison - Be the point of contact on behalf of the marketing department for coordination with Clearlink in-house counsel
  • Compliance Fulfillment & Optimization - Assist teams to assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
What You Need
  • Legal background with experience in brand guideline development
  • Management experience
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, Jira, Airtable, and similar software applications
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Knowledge and application of Compliance and Digital law, as well as related regulations and legislation
  • Expert in oral and written communication
  • Familiarity with data tools and software
