About the Tech Ambassador Role:

As our Tech Ambassador, not only will you play an essential role in revolutionizing the travel experience, but you will enjoy controlling your income with our generous UNCAPPED commission structure in addition to your base pay.  

You will be joining a team of top performing sales men and women in a fast paced, customer focused environment, passionate about delivering the CLEAR promise to our members.

 Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create a delightful and positive customer experience for all travelers in the airport (members and non-members). Clear Ambassadors focus on improving the travelers experience.
  • Tech - Perform maneuvers on our kiosk (with the help of technical support team) to trouble-shoot issues, upgrade accounts and conduct necessary upgrades and kiosk maintenance.
  • Drive membership enrollments through engaging travelers and educating them about the benefits and promise of
  • Resolve traveler and/or members concerns or inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner, escalating to higher level as necessary.
  • Consistently demonstrate adherence to security procedures by validating airline documents, verifying CLEAR member traveler identification and following documented security
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess sales & service opportunities on a regular basis in order to identify strengths and opportunities and grow CLEAR’s membership base.
