As our Recruiter, you will ensure we find the best people for CLEAR. This is a critical position that will enable CLEAR and our people to grow.

You know how to tell the CLEAR story and you can light up a room and get people excited about joining our team. Your passion for finding the best talent is contagious and you know how to get hiring managers engaged in the hiring process. This isn’t just another quota-driven recruiting role. We are looking for a Recruiter who knows how to source and screen top talent and doesn’t settle for anything but the best. You will be joining our Talent team and will play a critical role in the growth of our company. 

What you will do:

Recruit and hire the best talent for CLEAR. 

Work directly with hiring managers to identify and quickly fill their hiring needs. 

Build a strong recruiting machine by training hiring managers to vet out the best talent for CLEAR.

 Constantly think of new ways to recruit the best talent – whether it means bringing new recruiting tools or attending networking events, you are always on top of the best ways to find people!

You are a high-energy influencer with a bias for action; you know how to lead and you know how to get things done.

You are a great closer; not only can you find the best talent, but you can seal the deal and get the best talent to sign and accept offers.

You have a proven-track record of recruiting in fast-paced, rapidly-expanding companies.

You have a strong background in recruiting for a variety of positions – from hospitality to technology. 

You are a strong communicator and know how to engage talent and build relationships.
