CLEAR is looking for an experienced, motivated, innovative and passionate Director of Partnerships who will play a key role in a fast-paced cutting edge technology business. The Director of Partnerships will identify, negotiate, close, and market new and existing partnerships. This is a highly impactful role that is critical in ensuring our Marketing team is successful.

This is an ideal role for an experienced business development and partnership leader who is looking for a fast paced, high growth opportunity. The right person for this role is able to cultivate successful partnerships that drive CLEAR’s mission and will positively impact the growth of our brand and our company. This is the perfect role for you if you’ve built and managed successful teams but can also work independently; you should be someone who can build the foundations of a rock star team while also bringing in revenue of your own.

This role is a combination of strategic planning, marketing, business development, and leadership. If you’re up for the challenge of expanding our rapidly growing brand, we have the right place for you.

What You Will Do:

Identify and aggressively pursue (and close!)  mutually beneficial relationships with other consumer-facing organizations, while swiftly cultivating strategies for pursuing new verticals, industries and relationships

Identify key short and long-term strategic marketing partners for CLEAR with the goal to generate new member acquisition and increase CLEAR brand awareness

Develop partner marketing strategies focused around membership growth and unique member benefits

Broaden and deepen existing relationships, while quickly assessing, prioritizing, and establishing an approach for pursuing related opportunities


Who You Are:

You have demonstrated success in corporate development, business development, or externally facing product management roles

You know how to leverage a technical platform by identifying strategic fits and opportunities in order to expand across different vertical markets

An aggressive and tenacious approach to pursuing new markets, creating a sales pipeline, overcoming customer concerns

A collaborative and cooperative work style; accomplished interpersonal and communication capabilities

Genuine comfort and effectiveness as both a manager and a doer; an intense focus on getting things done

The ability to think like an owner; the ideal candidate will embrace accountability and will be efficient with both time and capital

Modesty and self-awareness; openness to feedback and coaching

Willingness to travel as required (perhaps up to 50% of the time)
