Director of Field Security and Compliance

The Director of Field Security and Compliance will be responsible for maintaining the highest security standards in all of CLEAR’s field operations through programmatic auditing activities.  You will understand CLEAR’s security requirements and ensure standard operating procedures are in place and being executed consistent with those requirements.  You have experience in the security space inspecting and auditing field operations.  You will work closely with Operations but will act as an independent voice within the company.

What You Will Do:

Design and execute an internal audit/compliance review policy and schedule

Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.

Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

Review standardized reports to identify potential vulnerabilities

Pro-active reporting on outcomes, risks and mitigation plans/actions

Maintain relationships with key stakeholders with external government agencies


Who You Are

No less than 7 years of federal, state, or local law enforcement experience

Management oversight, inspection, and audit experience

Deep understanding of current national security policy concerns

Willingness to travel to field locations on a regular basis

Pay commensurate with experience
