Manager Demand Generation, CX Social

Clarabridge is seeking a Manager of Digital Demand Generation to join a highly successful global marketing team within a fast-paced growth company.  Clarabridge sells solutions in the US and Europe.  The candidate will be responsible for driving the demand gen strategy for our CX Social (formerly Engagor) product including: digital demand gen, advertising, webinars, and events.  This person will work across the marketing team and closely with sales and product.  We are looking for a skilled digital marketer with proven demand generation experience and an eye for detail.  

What you'll do:

  • Work with the CX Social and Marketing teams to define the ongoing marketing strategy and demand generation plan for CX Social product with a focus on digital marketing activities
  • Track and maximize demand gen budget including cost per lead
  • Define & document lead flow, lead scoring, opportunity funnel, conversion metrics and drive consistent delivery against goals
  • Brainstorm new and creative demand gen strategies including testing and monitoring success
  • Working in tandem with other marketing leaders drive successful lead gen campaigns
  • Shape the content & events plans into integrated campaigns, monitor for success and apply best practices to future content
  • Must be a strong writer and editor who can create original content while maintaining a consistent voice across all outlets with minimal oversight or editing
  • Work with sales and marketing organization, customers and analysts in creation of case studies and white papers, to include interviews, data collection, content creation/writing, and editing
  • Work with US based marketing including design, marketing operations and demand generation

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar major
  • 5-10 years in marketing for high tech
  • Proven budget skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to define digital marketing strategy
  • Strong experience in different lead gen tactics including SEO, advertising, content, events, webinars, etc
  • Social marketing experience on Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Experience on leading effort for SEM (paid ads) on LinkedIn, Google and other platforms
  • Experience with Marketo & Salesforce for lead monitoring & reporting (not required to use Marketo daily)
  • Strong organization and detail-oriented skills, ability to be creative, and think outside the box
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, but also independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with global marketing
