Associate Solutions Engineer

Are you your organization’s Swiss Army Knife?  Do you have a knack for Sales and networking, razor sharp technical acumen, a passion for excellent customer service, great communication and presentation skills, and the ability to think quickly and improvise? We’re asking for a lot, we know, but as an ambassador of all Clarabridge products to both business and technical professionals at our target companies and the primary technical resource for our field Sales team, our Associate Solutions Engineers need to be prepared to excel in a wide variety of situations including providing support to our Solutions Engineers through development of demos and presentations as well as development of enablement materials such as demo assets, scripts, presentations and learning materials.  Clarabridge’s primary customers are Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 companies, so any previous experience working with large, global brands and supporting complex, seven-figure deals is a huge plus.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to design and deliver engaging product presentations that demonstrate an in-depth understanding of both the Clarabridge product suite, its functions, features, value, and ROI, and also the client company’s products, needs, and issues
  • Configure, optimize, customize, and test the Clarabridge solution for Proof of Concept (POC) deployments to ensure a smooth, hassle-free demo for our prospective clients
  • Provide enablement training and demos to Partner SE community in conjunction with Clarabridge Partner/Alliances team
  • Develop expertise and become a go-to resource for new and existing customers who are looking for information on Clarabridge, its products, and on changing trends within the Customer Experience Management industry
  • Assist Solutions Engineers with responses to RFPs and RFIs about the ways in which Clarabridge’s products can contribute to a company’s overall Voice of the Customer solution
  • Have your suitcase ready—you’ll be traveling to client sites domestically and internationally approximately 15% of the time


About you:

  • You have a Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Up to 2 years of relevant business development experience (success selling Clarabridge software or equivalent experience a plus)
  • You’re comfortable with the SaaS space and with presenting technology as a business solution
  • You have a great track record of supporting complex deals that involve both business and technical professionals
  • You live in PowerPoint and Excel and are a walking encyclopedia of tricks and tips
  • Ability to develop rapport and establish strong relationships with all levels of the sales organization and other departments within Clarabridge
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving ability
  • Exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking is a way of life, and you can handle multiple, competing priorities well
