People Operations Coordinator
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work with our recruiting team and engineering leads to source technical candidates for a variety of open roles using a range of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Referrals, Meetups, GitHub, etc.)
- Use your creative instincts to craft personalized outreach and attract top talent
- Help the team build and develop recruitment processes around best practices for effective technical sourcing
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience and be a brand ambassador for Clara, including attending networking events
- Assist with benefits administration and reconciliation, as well as the organization and management of personnel files
- Collaborate on and help out with other People Operations, HR and Recruiting projects as they arise
- You have 0-2 years of experience sourcing passive technical talent
- You enjoy learning and communicating the deeply technical elements of the roles you’re recruiting for: you enjoy talking “tech” with candidates
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, and you are very comfortable juggling multiple projects and tasks
- You’re intellectually curious and detail-oriented. Nothing slips through the cracks with you!
- You possess stellar written and spoken communication skills
- You’re passionate for what we are building at Clara, and take great pride in doing awesome work!
