People Operations Coordinator

Our People Operations Coordinator has the unique opportunity to positively impact every team member from the very first interview through his/her entire career at Clara. In addition to sourcing top talent for our Product & Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to dig into People Operations projects, ensuring that all new team members feel successful, comfortable and happy during their first week in the office (and beyond!). Your good judgement and fearlessness working cross-functionally with team members at all levels of the organization will help create a harmonious employee experience where success is celebrated.   • Work with our recruiting team and engineering leads to source technical candidates for a variety of open roles using a range of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Referrals, Meetups, GitHub, etc.)
  • Use your creative instincts to craft personalized outreach and attract top talent
  • Help the team build and develop recruitment processes around best practices for effective technical sourcing
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience and be a brand ambassador for Clara, including attending networking events
  • Assist with benefits administration and reconciliation, as well as the organization and management of personnel files
  • Collaborate on and help out with other People Operations, HR and Recruiting projects as they arise


  • You have 0-2 years of experience sourcing passive technical talent
  • You enjoy learning and communicating the deeply technical elements of the roles you’re recruiting for: you enjoy talking “tech” with candidates
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, and you are very comfortable juggling multiple projects and tasks
  • You possess stellar written and spoken communication skills
  • You’re passionate for what we are building at Clara, and take great pride in doing awesome work!
