The Nursing Unit Clerk performs a variety of clerical duties to support proper functioning of the nursing unit and works with unit personnel as a team to meet unit objectives as well as communicate effectively with all customers and colleagues to meet organizational goals. He/She will oversee care for a defined group of patients using effective delegation, supervision and decision-making skills.
Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:
- High School or equivalent
- Two years related experience.
- Current BCLS (CPR) license.
- Hospital Ward Clerk certification preferred.
