Position Summary:

The Territory Account Executive's primary responsibilities are to develop and successfully execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of revenue goals for Outreach Reference Laboratory services. This person will be directly responsible for sales to diagnostic accounts including hospitals, pathology groups, physician groups, and commercial laboratories in Southern California.

Follows established City of Hope and department policies, procedures, and objectives, including performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, and adherence to theworkplaceCode of Conduct and Compliance Plan. Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Science Degree Business, Marketing, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or Nursing.

Minimum Experience:

5+ years experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals.

Preferred Education:

Some formal sales training experience such as SPIN Selling or PSS.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics, and anatomic pathology, as well as experience with the medical community within Southern California, is a plus.
