Telephone Triage RN BSN
The Telephone Triage Nurse is responsible to conduct safe, effective assessment and disposition and documentation of health related issues for established City of Hope patients within the scope of practice using established guidelines or protocols. The telephone triage RN is responsible to collaborate with other care providers as needed to finalize the disposition of issues identified during the phone assessment.
Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:
- BSN and current California RN License.
- Current BLS.
- Basic computer skills.
- Telephone Triage Nurse preferred.
