Senior Quality Assurance Tester

Your Role: Collaborates, oversees, reviews, writes, revises, and validates quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently. Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions. Develop performance measures, test plans, testing methodology, and product release criteria based on business, compliance, risk and technical requirements. Execute comprehensive functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end to end functional and automation testing. Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Business System Analysts to resolve issues. Utilize metrics to evaluate and provide information on system readiness, defect tracking, and other measurements as appropriate. Adheres to and supports all organizational and IT policies and procedures regarding software development and project management Champions use of standard and automated testing and Quality Assurance tools. Develop new standards for design and implementation, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all product lines. Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications Your Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science 5+ years of hands on experience with at least 2 years of Salesforce testing experience Must have strong Clinical Acumen Ability to work independently High sense of urgency Excellent/strong written and verbal communication Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and entities Ability to work fast and under deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to details Prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent interpersonal skills Experience with creating and executing SOQL queries and creating test data sets Proficient with Salesforce debugging logs, bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development processes Experience with automations tools SUCH AS selenium, Coded UI, Provar and/ or other UI automation tools and technologies Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred education experience and skills: Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification 2+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum Development environment 3+ years of hands-on experience in Manual, Automation and Acceptance Testing AccessHope is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
