Research Associate II - Anti-Cancer Biologics - Yazaki lab
A Research Associate 2 position is immediately available for a bright, well-organized, responsible scientist to work on the development of novel anti-cancer biologics. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be a member of a multidisciplinary team with expertise in protein purification, process development and pilot cGMP manufacture. Key Responsibilities include HPLC protein purification, chemical conjugation, general biochemical assays, writing SOPs, documentation, troubleshooting, implementing new technologies and pilot cGMP manufacture.
Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree, plus two years of related experience; or master’s degree plus one year of related experience.
- The ideal applicant will have an established track record in the purification of recombinant monoclonal antibodies and antibody fragments.
