Job Title: Postdoctoral Fellow - Wang Lab

Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope Department of Systems Biology is seeking for a talented and motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to lead the project for understanding the impact of genetic alterations in the pathogenesis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Candidates with strong background in functional genomics and cancer biology are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:

  • A Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, cancer biology, or a related discipline is required
  • Knowledge of genomics and genetics
  • Experience in genome-wide functional screening is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and creative
