Position Summary and Key Responsibilities
Nurses Coordinators are characterized by their passion and compassion. They will plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care in assigned department or program. They will perform all duties within the scope of licensure utilizing the nursing process. They will act as a patient advocate in all ethical and legal aspects.
Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
Current California RN License
Current American Heart Association BLS
3 or more years of experience in either Hematology, HCT, Stem Cell Transplantation, Oncology and / or Organ Transplant
Allo, Auto and / or Matched Unrelated Donor (MUD)Nurse Coordinator experience is a plus
