Clinical Nurse III – BSN-Evaluation and Treatment Center Part-Time Nights 12 hour shifts

Department Description:

Staffed with professional nurses whose assessment skills and responsiveness are second to none, the Evaluation and Treatment Center is an outpatient triage area for the urgent care needs of patients related to cancer, hematologic disease, or hematopoietic or islet cell transplantation, as well as those scheduled to receive sedation for a procedure requiring specific monitoring. Services include close monitoring of unscheduled, ill patients; management of the side effects of disease or treatment and scheduled sedation for outpatient procedures.

Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:

  • BSN (Bachelors in Nursing) **
  • 3 years of clinical experience in emergency department/triage/ ICU **
  • Current California RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ACLS and PALS certifications and OCN preferred but not required
