Community Clinic Telephone Triage RN

The telephone triage RN is responsible to conduct safe, effective assessment and disposition and documentation of health related issues for established City of Hope patients within the scope of practice. The telephone triage RN is responsible to collaborate with other care providers as needed to finalize the disposition of issues identified during the phone assessment.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years in Oncology (outpatient setting)

Required Certification/License: Current California RN License and BLS by AHA

Preferred Education & Certifications: BSN and OCN

Preferred Experience: Previous Telephone Triage experience. Experience working with surgical and post-op patients.
