Position Summary and Key Responsibilities: Follows established City of Hope and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, includingadherence to theworkplaceCode of Conduct and Compliance Plan. Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.

Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:

Bachelor's Degree. Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.

Current CA Pharmacist License.

CPR certification or receive one within 3 months of hire date.

Two years of experience, preferred.

Oncology and Hospital Setting Experience.
