Position Summary:

The 3C Clinic is comprised of 10 chemotherapy infusion rooms and 8 infusion chairs, and includes a patient/family waiting and learning center. Services include:

Chemotherapy/Targeted therapies/Biologic therapies

Transfusions/Antibiotic/Electrolyte replacement/Hydration therapies

Intraperitoneal chemotherapy/liver pump refill and management

Patient call center activities

Pain management

Diagnostic labs testing/Vascular access device management

Care associated with clinical trials/Pharmacokinetics

Assessment and management of disease and/or treatment side effects/Patient teaching

Hematologic therapy (growth factors, gammagard, etc.

Alopecia management via scalp hypothermia

Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:

  • ÃBSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required.
  • 3 years of clinical experience in chemotherapy/infusion in an outpatient setting
  • Current California RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Chemo certified prefered
