Program Manager (Migration Conversion)

Job Details:
The Migration Conversion Program Manager will lead ongoing Treasury Services initiatives for client migrations. As part of the Treasury Services Project Management team, you will be responsible for senior-level leadership of cross-functional teams to strategize and execute on a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk -This is not an IT PM role. You will lead teams responsible for development of the technology to migrate clients, design of client journeys, client outreach, communications, training and support models. The role includes extensive collaboration with Treasury Operations Management, Treasury Product Management, Sales, Technology (internal/vendors), Risk, Legal and Compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 10-15 years of program and/or project management experience including large-scale complex projects OR equivalent; at least 5 of those years in a business program management area.

Min 5 years' experience in highly regulated industry

Min 5 years' experience managing/ supervising small cross functional teams

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Drives and leads cross- functional business teams, technology teams and consultants in a matrix organization.
  • Accountable for all aspects of the technical migration component of each program, as well as the business readiness to support them, including project planning, communications and training requirements, migration script development, data conversion/migration, capacity analysis, SLA creation, managing against KPIs and business goals. etc.
  • Ensures that business impacts and timelines of the program are properly managed and communicated with the concerned stakeholders
  • Partners with Enterprise Project Management office to develop and refine strategic plan deliverables and reporting.
  • Responsible for presentation of materials in support of weekly executive review routines such as dashboards, progress status, risks, issues and mitigation plans.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certification preferred (i.e. Six Sigma Green/Yellow/Black Belt, Agile/Scrum, PMP, PgMP, CPM, Prince II)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills managing direct reports as well as matrixed supervision.
  • Previous experience within a Business PMO structure preferred.
  • You will be able to demonstrate that you are a strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution.
  • You will be able to give examples of presentation and influencing skills with internal partnerships.
  • Ability to manage risks associated with the various work streams involved in the program and to identify ways to mitigate risk.
  • Treasury management banking experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with proven track record of leading broad, complex and/or strategic programs combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience leading cross-functional teams, with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with and/or prior collaboration with Sales, Operations and Technology teams.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills and can sell self and ideas.
