Program Manager (Migration Conversion)
The Migration Conversion Program Manager will lead ongoing Treasury Services initiatives for client migrations. As part of the Treasury Services Project Management team, you will be responsible for senior-level leadership of cross-functional teams to strategize and execute on a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk -This is not an IT PM role. You will lead teams responsible for development of the technology to migrate clients, design of client journeys, client outreach, communications, training and support models. The role includes extensive collaboration with Treasury Operations Management, Treasury Product Management, Sales, Technology (internal/vendors), Risk, Legal and Compliance.
Minimum of 10-15 years of program and/or project management experience including large-scale complex projects OR equivalent; at least 5 of those years in a business program management area.
Min 5 years' experience in highly regulated industry
Min 5 years' experience managing/ supervising small cross functional teams
