Product Business Analyst II
This role will work Thursday - Sunday.
Perform outlined duties under limited supervision and direction of product manager(s) for assigned cash management products. In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this level position will be involved in resolving system downtime issues and vendor interaction; will be responsible for establishing tracking tools and generating reports for the analysis of new product and enhancement requests; will be expected to manage, as well as, participate in product related projects; will coordinate, as well as perform, all testing related to product enhancement releases and new product rollouts; will serve as the focal point for audit, OCC and other regulatory activities. This position will be expected to analyze the data and information collected to perform an assessment of the product or enhancement and make recommendations to Product Team.
- .Minimum 3 years of experience with Cash Management/ Treasury Management products
- .Minimum 3 years of experience with leading projects
- .Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Office
- Must have excellent database, spreadsheet and presentation PC skills; excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
- .Strong project management skills are required to lead development teams.
- 3 - 5 years product related experience required.
