Credit Support Specialist
This position is responsible for performing routine administrative activities in support of the credit team. This includes monitoring/maintaining drop box for incoming client/prospect information, gatekeeper of jobs in Sharepoint production pipeline, the storage and retrieval of digital files containing loan related documents, and/or production, maintenance and distribution of department reports. Assist in the digitization of the file room to include implementation, management and maintenance of the new file system. Support management and/or team by ensuring that all documents to be imaged are accurate, legible, and cataloged accurately to ensure easy and timely retrieval. Support management and/or team in the credit process as designated by maintaining integrity of all documents to be scanned and stored into the system and/or verifying integrity of the data of all reports produced and distributed to the department.
Assist in keeping manager/team informed with reports, agendas, meetings, and other aspects as needed. May also assist with general office logistics associated with the conference or meeting rooms, mail, supplies, equipment, follow through for new hires or other colleague support issues. Perform special projects that may be repetitive or one-time, which support the team, division, or CNB.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a project role.
- Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience required (e.g. MS Word Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint).
