Description:

The HM Operations Group Manager (Operations Manager) is responsible for the day to day functions within their respective Center or Department. This includes providing strategic direction and leadership to their subordinate groups or teams to ensure mortgage loan production meets FAMC/Citizens quality, compliance, efficiency and customer service standards.

Accountable for consistent operational processes and customer experiences within their Center or Team.

Support Head of Wholesale Lending on all Wholesale specific projects or meetings.

Coordinate on projects with the Wholesale National Support departments.

Oversee production loan balancing between Centers and within their respective teams.

Monitor and review monthly efficiency metrics. Production levels, Profitability, Maximum staffing analysis.

Ensure new policies and procedures are implemented consistently throughout the Division, assist with recruiting efforts on all levels and organize Operational meetings.

Coordinate with Sales to develop and improve on important updates.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining colleagues; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent residential mortgage experience.

10+ years or relevant and current loan operations experience.

7+ years management or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of mortgage guidelines and terminology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
