A Member Experience Manager at Chief is the main connection between members and Chief. The mission of the role is to build meaningful relationships with members and serve as their advocate to deliver an exceptional experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about establishing and maintaining strong communities and relationships. The ideal candidate is an outgoing connector who thrives on building relationships, an excellent communicator, and is passionate about our mission. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be to go-to resource for members in facilitating their Chief experience at large
  • Meet with members during the onboarding process, getting to know their background and what they’re looking to gain from Chief membership in order to best support their experience
  • Leverage data to ensure members are gaining value via participation in Chief services
  • Build relationships with members via ongoing check-ins, in-person conversations at the clubhouse or events, and/or special touch points throughout their journey
  • Connect members with the broader Chief community based on their personal interests and needs
  • Support your members as the main point of contact for ongoing questions and requests
  • Solicit, analyze and present feedback on the member experience to help the team continue to iterate services to have the greatest impact and benefit

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 4+ years of relevant customer centric experience
  • Exceptional people skills and a passion for building relationships and driving value
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills — you can write emails, get on the phone, or connect in-person
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level
  • Extroverted people person who derives energy from conversations and connections 
  • Strong relationship “X-factor”
  • Understanding of the LA market
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the Company’s mission, positioning and brand — to empower women in business and spark change from the top
