Role Description:
Chief is looking for an experienced marketer with a brand and growth background to join our exceptional team. This right candidate has an ear for messaging, an eye for creative, and is able to build campaigns that inspire and drive growth. You’ll do work aimed at increasing awareness, growing our audiences, and increasing our email subscriber list. You’ll also help think through how campaigns inspire our existing Chief Members, our vetted membership of the most accomplished business leaders in the US (who happen to be women). You’ll ideate, create, and launch memorable campaigns that let people know what it means to be a Chief, and why our members should be proud.
Responsibilities:
- Own audience growth across all channels, including LinkedIn, content, and paid media
- Identify and activate new channels for the Chief brand and understand messaging and develop creative for each
- Project management of internal team resources and external vendors to create and launch campaigns according to marketing calendar
- Cross-functional communication with teams in Chief to ensure all stakeholder needs are being met as campaigns are developed
- Campaign creation based on the marketing calendar with a focus on meeting business goals across all points of the member journey
- Understanding of data and analysis of business and membership KPIs to guide campaign creation
- Reporting of campaign results to broader team
- Coaching and development of other team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 6-10 years of experience, preference for B2C marketers with brand marketing and growth or acquisition backgrounds
- You should have some start-up experience and be comfortable with making something work no matter what
- A portfolio of successful campaigns on with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Great storytelling ability and understanding of a compelling narrative
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to think with your left and right-brain – your creative is born out of insights and data, not gut and passion
- Communication and presentation skills that influence all levels, including executive and C-level
- Proactive self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the Company’s mission, positioning and brand — to empower women in business and spark change from the top
