Sr. Team Administrator, Corporate Legal


The Sr. Team Administrator position is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to the Contracts Group within the Corporate Legal Department of Chick-fil-A, Inc. The position is non-exempt and 40 hours per week.


  • Type, format, proofread and revise correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Manage a large volume of contracts, including routing, filing and retrieving
  • Maintain and manage various legal file systems and electronic databases
  • Transmit final contracts and manage the signature process between vendors and internal business clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Coordinate meetings/calls with internal business clients, vendors and outside counsel
  • Maintain and manage attorneys' calendars and contacts
  • Assist with travel arrangements and seminar registrations
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Organize and distribute mail
  • Copying, scanning, printing and mailing documents

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of legal administrative or general administrative experience
  • Have completed and earned a BA degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (must have high level of proficiency wit Outlook(including calendaring), Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with various technology platforms and aptitude to learn new software
  • Strong self-starter with superior follow-through, project management and organizational skills
  • High level of initiative, independent judgment and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to juggle a multitude of tasks and identify and set priorities
  • Ability to support a wide spectrum of individuals, multi-task and manage a high volume of matters
  • Ability to discern needed improvements and adapt procedures and processes in order to effectively complete projects and meet team goals/requirements
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information and exercise discretion
  • Forward-thinking and ability to anticipate needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of general legal practices and terminology
  • Experience working for a large law firm or company
  • Knowledge of/familiarity with DocuSign, iManage and Microsoft Teams
