Sr. Analyst, Restaurant Financial Systems

Overview

As a Senior Analyst on the Restaurant Financial Systems team, you will help lead a major system implementation in Chick-fil-A restaurants. In this role, you will be responsible for working with Restaurant Operators, cross-functional staff teams and external vendors to design and implement system solutions that meet the project goals. T he right candidate for this role will enjoy leading work independently, analyzing data to generate insights, developing innovative solutions to end users' challenges, organizing and executing project details, and collaborating with others. The specific scope of work will be focused on restaurants' labor tools and systems, so experience with labor systems and data (Timekeeping, payroll and/or HRIS systems) will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, prioritize, plan and roll out projects including system and report enhancements
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand critical business objectives as part of overall vision and roadmap for labor tools
  • Develop organized systems or processes to assist with onboarding pilot users and seeking their input
  • Implement systems to track project details and documentation
  • Partner with vendors and IT teams to document, develop, test and support solutions  
  • Facilitate meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Influence new and innovative ways to solve current business and technical challenges
  • Analyze labor data to generate insights and make recommendations about the tools and systems that consume it
  • Communicate and present findings


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Data & Analytics or Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter who completes tasks with minimal supervision
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in project management, consulting, business process change initiatives and/or systems implementations
  • Specific experience working with labor systems in retail or hospitality
