Senior Principal Talent Lead-International

Overview

The International department's mission is to build a healthy, purpose driven, global business for future generations. The department team members conduct assessments, develop plans, and execute market entry outside of the United States. Each targeted country will include various modes of entry to support organizational strategy.

The role of the Senior Principal Talent Lead is to assess, develop, and execute International corporate staff initiatives for multiple foreign market entry. The areas of focus include, but are not limited to immigration/visa requirements, staff benefits, intercompany staff services agreements, country specific labor and employment regulations, wage & hour/tax, support talent acquisition, and establishing a country specific employment brand through HR policies and procedures. In addition, this role will help create an expatriate/foreign assignment program and process. Additional responsibilities of the role will be to act as liaison with internal Chick-fil-A domestic talent departments (Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, Talent Consulting, Benefits, Payroll et al.) and potential Joint Venture partners to assure continuity and alignment with established core company values and principles. The role will establish key external contacts to comply with country specific requirements. The International Senior Principal Talent Lead will assist and partner with the Director of International Talent to develop key HR/Talent requirement to support the international market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, develop, and execute various staff/talent initiatives in preparation for multiple foreign market entry. The areas of focus include, but are not limited to immigration/visa requirements, staff benefits, intercompany staff service agreements, labor and employment law, wage & hour/tax, support talent acquisition, and establishing country specific HR policies & procedures
  • Create and develop a Chick-fil-A foreign assignment/Expatriate program and process
  • Liaison & consult with internal Chick-fil-A staff and departments (Talent Acquisitions, Talent Operations, Talent Consulting, Benefits, Payroll et al.) and potential Joint Venture partners to assure continuity and alignment with established core company values and principles
  • Establish relationships and contacts externally to comply with country specific requirements
  • Create and analyze HR/Talent trends and metrics
  • Assist/partner International Talent Director with additional staff/talent requirements to support international strategy


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant business

Preferred Qualifications
