Lead Advisor, Change Management

Overview

As the Lead Advisor focused on Change Management, you will play an instrumental role by leading components of a large-scale project to replace the existing time & attendance and payroll solution in Restaurants with a new HCM solution as well as the resulting ongoing program. Primary focus of responsibility is to ensure overall Operator Success for the program. This will be done through impact assessment and change readiness for our Operators, their Team Members, and departments across the organization as well as ensuring that a scalable approach is in place, supporting continued growth of the brand both domestically and in international countries. The ideal candidate is a Change Management professional with experience delivering large scale projects with high user impact.

Responsibilities

  • Leading components of a large-scale project that ensure change readiness for all audiences (Operators, Team Members, and Staff) as well as continued success of the program for Operators and their team during future growth and expansion
  • Demonstrating awareness of business opportunities to streamline processes to benefit Operators and Team Members and proactively pursuing them
  • Partnering with groups across the organization (e.g. Financial Education and Restaurant Training) to ensure a successful training program is in place for both the initial rollout as well as in support of the ongoing program for new Restaurants, Operators, and Team Members
  • Continually obtaining and assessing feedback from Operators and their teams through various methods including surveys and panels and communicating all learnings back to other core program team members
  • Supporting the curation of the program communication plan and executing the selected approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with projects involving change management with high levels of user impact, specifically those involving the implementation and rollout of a new system
  • Demonstrated experience leading initiatives or components of large-scale projects
  • Experience managing business systems
  • Experience with SmartSheet or other project management tools
  • Familiarity with and understanding of the labor environment within the restaurant and/or retail industry
  • Chick-fil-A Restaurant experience or experience with restaurant operations
