Senior Analyst, Total Rewards

ROLE

The Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering compensation and benefit programs in support of the company's objectives. Duties of this role include communicating, analyzing and administering the company's Health & Welfare benefit programs and the company's 401k program, in addition to reviewing and making recommendations for enhancing our pay programs while administering the company's current pay programs. This role will also have primary responsibility as HRIS subject matter expert in the organization with responsibility to drive efficiencies through process change and technology solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Benefits

  • Provide end-to-end support of all Health & Welfare programs (medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, etc.), including benefit communications, benefit enrollments and terminations, billing, and employee question and escalation support.
  • Track eligibility and facilitate enrollments for the 401k Plan. Complete weekly reporting and funding of all plan participant accounts. Calculate annual matches and manage the non-discrimination testing process.
  • Ensure that organizational funds are accurately allocated for all benefit-associated costs including premium payments, HSA funding, retirement plan funding, etc.
  • Provide vendors with current data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Manage the Open Enrollment process, managing system changes in UltiPro and completing back-end audits to ensure elections are accurate and appropriate.
  • Manage compliance efforts related to the ACA, including monthly hours tracking and annual 1095-C reporting. Ensure compliance with DCFSA non-discrimination rules.
  • Review existing benefits processes, identifying and implementing process improvements that drive time and cost savings.

Compensation

  • Administer the annual merit program. Prepare worksheets, gather and consolidate approved information, and summarize data. Prepare approval materials.
  • Provide simple to complex compensation analyses to support current compensation programs. Make salary recommendations for new hires and promotions based on market and internal comparisons.
  • Provide end-to–end support for the annual market salary survey process, including data submission and analysis and reporting on results.

HRIS

  • Provide subject matter expertise to HR leaders on UltiPro system and lead efforts to make enhancements that drive efficiencies and provide management with data to support business decisions.
  • Provide support to all levels of management with report requests. Assess needs of each request and deliver accurate reports in a timely manner.
  • Lead data integrity efforts to ensure accurate HRIS data across the business and baseball operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Benefits and Compensation Analyst role
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS, with strong reporting expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience in processes improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to tolerate stress and be adaptable, flexible, persistent, versatile and handle multiple projects and re-prioritizations
  • Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels of the company and with external parties in a professional manner maintaining effective communication, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting
  • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience owning the Benefits function for a small to mid-size firm
  • Industry designations preferred but not required (CEBS, PHR, CCP)
  • Experience with UltiPro, ABI and Fidelity's Plan Sponsor Webstation
