Products Supply and Trading (PSAT) manages global supply, trading and logistics of a wide range of products, including feedstocks, fuels, biofuels and refined products manufactured, distributed and sold through Chevron’s refining and marketing system.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Input daily trade data into Chevron Trading System for various types of deals, ensuring timely communication of trade details to all relevant stakeholders and compliance with timeline requirements.
Verify deals entered into Chevron Trading System by Traders, check for accuracy and completeness.
Input revisions to existing trades as advised by Traders, align trades for allocations and actualizations as cargo status changes.
Initiate new strategies, review inactive strategies, and liaise with relevant internal stakeholders for closure of strategies in accordance with Chevron’s Compliance policies.
Generate Daily Exposure Report, Profit & Loss Report, Inventory Report etc. from Chevron Trading System, verify volumetric accuracy of daily changes and ensure timely reporting to all relevant internal stakeholders.
Analysis of daily volumetric changes, discrepancies, and Profit and Loss changes.
Tracking of physical cargo movements, cargo pricing windows, futures expiration dates etc., provide timely and accurate exposure information for the Trading team.
Work closely with internal stakeholders in the Chevron Trading system to facilitate their daily work processes and reporting requirements.
Assist in new counterparties, know your customer requests.
Monthly Inventory forecast, quarterly Open Paper Position reporting.
Leverage Power BI tool for monthly performance meetings.
Participate in system upgrades and automation projects, contribute ideas and suggestions for process and system enhancements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Decision Analysis: Good analytical skills with an eye for detail.
Communication Skills: Ability to relate and converse with people of various, diverse backgrounds.
Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ability to learn and familiarize with new enterprise information systems quickly.
Experience in RightAngle Trading system is an advantage.
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
