Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
The Brand Advisor assists with the daily management of the Chevron corporate brand.
This role reviews content (videos, newsletters, brochures, posters, websites, etc.) developed by the company’s global workforce to ensure alignment with corporate brand identity standards.
This role provides “brand coaching” and training to help stakeholders develop work within corporate brand identity standards and usage and serves as a steward of company policies and trademark considerations that protect the brand.

This role serves as a project manager in the development of new or revised brand identity standards and special projects and manages updates to Chevron’s Brand Center website and brand-related materials.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years’ branding and/or marketing experience
Strong attention to detail and analytical/strategic thinking
Demonstrated ability to establish processes, guidelines and standards to ensure that the company name, logo, and visual representation are protected and used properly.
Experience in providing guidance to agency partners to develop and execute creative concepts, identity deliverables and branded content.
Demonstrated ability to manage project plans and timelines to ensure on-time, quality delivery of campaigns and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Communications, PR, Marketing, or related degree
A passion for all things brand; you spend a lot of time online and stay up-do-date on brands and marketing and branding best practices.
Understanding of the strategic intent of brand and branded content in support of business outcomes; ability to articulate how brand is an essential, intangible asset that promotes and enhances company reputation.
Self-starter and innovator with a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; you love running with things and can handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and keeping key stakeholders updated on progress.
Experience in a large, global organization.
Brand agency experience a plus
