High Level Overview:

Critical primary point of contact for US and non-US Commercial Airlines and General Aviation Resellers, Proprietary and Non-proprietary Terminal Managers, Manufacturing and Supply Analysts, COED, Terminal Systems, Airport Agents, Carriers, Exchange partners, Pipeline Companies, Tax Department, Credit Department, International Liaison and Stock Control, Inventory & Exchange Accounting groups.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the complete, accurate and timely creation, input, change and or maintenance of pricing and master data for the Aviation customers.

• Reviews and processes New/Renew/Gain/Loss Outcome Reports and Supplemental Outcome Reports.

• Maintains weekly pricing for customers using market-based pricing and uploads and maintains price in Chevron Business Point for charter customers.

• Maintains Price Notification and ensures that details are accurate such as PN recipients, notification schedules, etc. Handles ad hoc requests related to price notice.

• Analyzes, investigates and resolves mater data and pricing inquiries in coordination with the subject matter expert and other support groups.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field

• Minimum 2 years’ work experience

• Good in oral and written communication

• With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to details

• Can work with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• With experience in SAP and Salesforce

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
