We’re looking for a  strategic, results-driven Head of Marketing to join our growing Marketing team at Tessera Data leading our marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on modern B2B demand generation strategies. This executive role will be responsible for creating and implementing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive rapid growth and strengthen our brand position in the market. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in B2B marketing at a senior level, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals through close collaboration with cross-functional executive teams, focusing on demand generation and customer acquisition.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a small, high-performing marketing team to execute on marketing objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and market research to identify target audiences, refine messaging, optimize marketing channels, and drive growth.
  • Plan and implement multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns using modern tactics such as Account Based Marketing (ABM), content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with overall business goals.
  • Establish, track, and report on key marketing KPIs and make data-driven decisions to maximize results and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand and market presence across all customer touchpoints, including digital and offline channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, analysts, and partners to drive awareness and create referral opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budget, optimize spend for maximum impact, and report on ROI to executive leadership.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams and driving growth in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Deep familiarity with modern B2B marketing tactics, tools, and platforms, including marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-channel marketing campaigns, from conception to execution to analysis.
  • Executive-level communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams and build consensus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

The salary range for this role is $135,307 to $281,635.
