Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Strategy

We are seeking a finance leader to own the finance P&L for our three Data businesses. You will be a true partner to several executives, providing insights, analysis and accurate reporting and forecasting as we scale our business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Data teams to own forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range planning
  • Full P&L responsibility for Checkr subsidiaries 
  • Lead quarterly and annual financial planning process, including coordinating forecasts and managing the reporting cycle
  • Extract and present key insights to leaders to influence decision making
  • Develop and implement metrics to identify growth and efficiency opportunities

What you bring:

  • Experience in finance & strategy in a corporate environment required
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills, extensive experience building integrated models from scratch, in Excel or in other planning applications; and experience resolving complex business problems with well-structured analytics
  • A proven ability to identify and drive impactful financial outcomes, and to manage complex projects across multiple teams
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to build strong working relationships
  • Strong systems skills. We use SQL, Looker, Adaptive Insights and Netsuite
  • Prior experience in investment banking strongly preferred
