Deal Desk Associate at Checkout.com

Checkout.com is seeking a Deal Desk Associate to join our growing Sales Operations team in our London HQ to support our global growth. This role sits within our Commercial department.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented and confident in collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams throughout the organisation. Within this role, you will be working with teams such as Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding and Finance.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is able to work autonomously and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment in which they can exceed expectations through personal drive. This position reports into our Senior Deal Desk Specialist.

About You

    • Very detailed oriented
    • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
    • Fast-learner and motivated by new challenges
    • Experience using Salesforce a plus
    • Humble and hungry to learn
    • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and consistently meet tight deadlines
    • Superb communication skills, ability to interact with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders
    • Fluent in English

What you will be doing
    • Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team related to contracts
    • Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal to ensure quick and efficient sign up of new merchants
    • Work with commercial teams on all new amendments
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are properly constructed
    • Create and review customer agreements/contracts
    • Respond to internal inquiries related to contracts/agreements
    • Support and adapt the execution of new processes
    • Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service
    • Support with the onboarding of new colleagues
