The Sr. Team Manager will be responsible for managing day to operations of the order placement team supporting clients and advisors investing in alternative investments. Other responsibilities include partnering with an external vendor in support of executing client requests and performing asset servicing on Alternative Investments held in Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. brokerage accounts.

The ideal candidate is someone who is self-driven and a proven leader. Some specific duties of those position include, but not limited to:
- Lead and coach team members to identify challenges and develop future state solutions
- Align team strategy team's strategy to effectively support the Operations Organizational strategy
- Support and develop a highly engaged and cross-functional team
- Effectively recognize strategic business opportunities
- Partner with the necessary organizations including Schwab Technology, Product Management, external vendors, and other internal business channels to deliver on the organizations AI Modernization strategy
- Work cross-functionally with peers to improve processes, identify best practices and better utilize resources
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry including people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives
- Strong leadership, motivational and coaching skills that cultivates a strong and engaging environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to set priorities and proactively solve issues in a dynamic multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent customer service skills as well as focus on improving the client experience.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk by adhering to department and firm policies and procedures.
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7, 63 licenses are preferred

Target Total Compensation - 87,600-157,600
