Your Opportunity We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Manager to support Charles Schwab's Digital Rep Solutions group that is responsible for creating and evolving many of the tools used by the Schwab team each day. We are motivated by the idea of creating game-changing solutions - because the work we do makes a difference in the lives of the people we serve each day. The primary application that this individual will be supporting in Salesforce - Service Cloud and integrations into the platform, which past experience is highly preferred.

Client Understanding and Advocacy
Learns to use digital tools and qualitative methods to identify user needs; discovers how needs impact client experiences and business outcomes; observes user interactions to help define or enable the customer experience.
Roadmap Development & Execution
Handles own product backlog, processes and release plan (for a feature), writes stories and problem solves; works within the context of the overarching journey or system. Provides tactical roadmap updates per development team on product/features
Participates in and encourages process improvements; uses appropriately available resources (i.e., tools, partners, repositories)
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Actively engages multiple stakeholders and builds alignment to drive solutions
Demonstrates an understanding of how products are made and are familiar with architectures, languages, and build cycles. Interest in software technology and aware of major trends like AI. Basic understanding of core concepts like object orientation, design patterns, and architecture principles.
Agile Development Methodologies
Leverages knowledge of agile vs. traditional engineering methodologies to determine most effective approach/strategies for software development projects (i.e. test-first, continuous iteration)
What you have
- Experience working with the Salesforce Service Cloud Platform
- Experience with API integration
- 3-5 years product management or product design experience
- Agile methodology understanding preferred
