Position Description
CGI has an immediate need for an Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join our financial services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. In search of a ServiceNow skilled integrator/developer to work on multiple strategic applications across the organization. The person will own the development as well as integration tasks of various applications such as CRM, HR with Service Now.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Your future duties and responsibilities:
The person will get an opportunity to lead the ServiceNow integration projects with responsibility to work on develop Applications using ServiceNow platform. He/ She will align with the Architects/Technical Design Team on the project responsible for corresponding technical designs to ensure design is supported by the underlying vendor software. The deliverables are expected to meet high quality standards.
A successful candidate will be proficient in communication with various devices to collect configuration information. Must be able to work both independently and as a productive member of a project team.

We are primarily looking for good ServiceNow profiles who can do:
• Custom app development
• SerivcePortal Development
• API integration work

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration
• Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development/ integration of ServiceNow
• Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
• Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design
• Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project
• Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required
• Expertise level programming skills
• Expertise level of AWS skills.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 10+ years of experience in IT industry
• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow integration/ implementations
• Current ServiceNow Developer certification
• Experience with other ITSM software
• System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP, JavaScript
• Should be good in writing Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.
Should be able to develop bi-directional custom API integration between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
• Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
• A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML
• Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,600.00 - $165,300.00.
