As a Senior .Net Developer, you are responsible for the complete technical vision. This includes turning business requirements into technical requirements supporting user stories to develop the UI for the client application, working within Azure DevOps, managing your code through Repo Branching, and deploying through Microsoft Azure. You will report to a Developer Lead and a Project Manager, who focuses on team allocation, managing budget, removing roadblocks, and coordinating the project flow. As a senior .Net developer, you must have experience in the Azure environment using the Agile practice, to refactor, maintain, and enhance Microsoft C#, .NET applications and utilize Azure Services if needed.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Develops, maintains, and improves C# and JavaScript source code, and modern UI technologies
• Creates and presents solution designs, options, ideas, and innovations to the project manager and our customers
• Assists with converting application code and databases to modern languages and structures
• Integrates existing and new code, existing and new databases, and interfaces into modernized application

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience with application development using C#, .Net Core, JavaScript, SQL Server, Windows Server OS, full stack development and building modern UI in an agile DevSecOps environment
• Experience working in an Agile DevSecOps team environment
• Azure Certification(s) are preferred.
• Experience maintaining large codebase in Microsoft Visual Studio
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of modern application design principles
• Knowledge of microservices and componentized architectures is a plus

Desired Qualifications:
• Ability to working effectively and collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
• Able to multitask and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated performer with a desire to work on a project team, learning and developing software features
• Basic understanding of development workflow

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000 - $165,300.
